Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Absolutely no returns on assembled cabinets, no exceptions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
A 20% restocking fee applies. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item and whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@cntcabinet.com and return the item, after authorization, to:

Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, applicable return-shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
For items valued above $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of a returned item that is shipped without tracking.
